I am a 31 year old mother of two lovely children and recently married my partner of 10 years. I have a passion for sport, both playing and watching, and in particular I love to watch and play football. I love to spend time at the gym, swimming, walking and spending time with my children. I love politics, history and reading.

From the age of 18 I began working as a healthcare assistant, which included working within a range of care settings. I then carried out a nursing degree where I covered working with children, families and older people. This included acute health settings, nursing homes, domiciliary care and residential care. I have worked with complex physical and mental health over the years, and feel very confident with all areas, in particular mental health, substance misuse, dementia, end of life care and general care needs. I have worked within health and social care management for over 10 years. Over the last 3 years I have been undertaking a social work degree and worked with young carers and was a qualified, insured Nanny alongside my degree. I have spent a lot of time working with adults with additional needs, adults within mental health settings and completed Nanny work for families on contracts and on an ad-hoc basis. I am also a mother to my two children who are now aged 8 and 9.
