I’m looking for a babysitter for my son during the six week holidays, three days a week from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Once the school term starts in September, I’ll need care for him from 3:20 PM until 6:00 PM Monday to Friday while I’m at work. He’s quite independent and very friendly, enjoys his gaming and trips to the park.

The role involves supporting the daily routines of our children, including school runs, meal preparation and providing engaging and fun activities during the day. We are open to both live in and live out applicants. Key Responsibilities: • School runs: Help get the 7 and 10 year olds to and from school on time. • Daytime Care: Look after the 2 year old during the day, ensuring a safe, fun and stimulating environment. • Evening Support: Assist with some evening childcare as required. • Meal Prep: Prepare nutritious evening meals for the children. • Occasional Weekend Work: Flexibility for weekend care on occasion, with prior notice. • Light Household Duties: Assist with tidying up after the children and maintaining a clean and organised space. Essential Skills & Qualifications: • Previous nanny or childcare experience, especially with toddlers and primary school-age children. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). • A passion for working with children and helping them grow and develop. • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy. • A valid drivers license and own car preferred. • First aid qualification is a plus. I need someone to watch my kids one night to see how it goes, as I will be making plans every other weekend for some "me" time and odd days now and then. All that would be required is to feed and change my 8-month-old daughter and look after my 2-year-old son. Cooking isn’t required, but if my kids want a snack, they are allowed, but no sugar, just healthy snacks. If the first night goes well, I’ll be looking at keeping that one person to help me out every now and then so I can have a few hours to myself and avoid overwhelming myself with stress.
