Posted on behalf of the parents. We are looking for an experienced and responsible nanny with experience of working with children with additional needs. Full DBS checked. The child has limited communication skills and is unable to occupy her time well. This can sometimes cause her to become upset but staff working with her will be given specific strategies for dealing with this. Staff working with her would be following a timetable and after-school engagement plan for 2-3 hours given by her therapists. Initial 3 days a week increasing to 4 days from after May half term.
