Molly C.
I am an experienced Early Years Educator with nearly eight years in childcare, working with children from as young as three months old. I am passionate about supporting children’s development through nurturing, engaging, and age-appropriate care. I have previously held a Room Lead position, which strengthened my leadership and organisational skills, before returning to a practitioner role to focus on hands-on work with children. Alongside my nursery experience, I also provide ad hoc nannying and babysitting, caring for children in a variety of settings including family homes and events. This has made me highly adaptable, reliable, and confident in creating a safe, calm, and fun environment wherever I work. I live with my partner, Jack, and our two dogs, Remy and Alfie. In my spare time, I enjoy music and reading, and I have a particular love for Disney. I have visited Walt Disney World in Orlando six times and Disneyland Paris twice, and I enjoy travelling with my partner and exploring new places whenever I can. I am friendly, approachable, and dependable, with a patient and caring nature. I take pride in building strong relationships with both children and families, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, happy, and confident to grow.
I have nearly eight years of experience working as an Early Years Educator, supporting children’s development from as young as three months through to early childhood. During this time, I have built strong, responsive relationships with children and families while delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences. I was previously promoted to a Room Lead position, where I took on additional responsibilities including overseeing daily routines, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high standards of care and education. I later chose to return to a practitioner role, allowing me to focus more directly on working with children and supporting their individual development. Alongside my nursery experience, I also undertake ad hoc nannying and babysitting. This includes providing care in a variety of settings, such as an upcoming wedding in May where I will be responsible for children for an extended period of 23.5 hours. These roles have strengthened my adaptability, reliability, and ability to create a safe, nurturing environment in different situations. Overall, my experience has given me a strong understanding of child development across all early years stages, along with the flexibility and confidence to support children’s needs in both structured and informal settings.
