My name is Alicia and I am a very caring and supportive individual. Through my time working in early years I have learnt so much about children’s minds and how to advocate for them. I have learnt my love for being nurturing and caring for all different types of children. I have completed my level 2 diploma in childcare education and I am now coming to the end of my level 3 diploma. I find childcare very rewarding and would like to use my skills to help families in need of childcare services. I live in Manchester and I have since I was born, and my favourite hobbies are going to the gym and reading.

I have been working in a preschool room since 2021, I have completed my level 2 childcare diploma and have moved on to complete my level 3 in childcare education. throughout these years I have gained experience working with SEND children, transitions, and overall being a carer.
