Sanjidah B.
I am a very clam bubbly person. I was born and raised in Milton Keynes, Muslim Bengali. I’ve always been quite easy going and happy always I have had a great life and enjoy every moment. I do come from a big family full of love and happiness and good times so that is what I like to also project as much as I can. Coming from a big family also means a lot of little cousins and nephews and nieces! I was quite hands on with them and would baby sit them very often, I believe that is where my love for kids and babysitting came from. I did recently just get married and moved to Portsmouth. I do hope for kids of my own one day. I had a very beautiful childhood (pre iPhone/tablet time)! I was able to enjoy the outdoors to the max and would love to play with sand, mud, protect and take in all insects and be gentle with them. I loved sports and was in a lot of clubs, days out with families and friends, play dates and all the good stuff. I still love all of that and when I am babysitting my own family kids I always try to make sure good food and activities are involved. I do love to cook also and love finding new recipes to try and make, dabble with baking, reading, going on walks, swimming, badminton. I do have a lot of experience working with kids be it my own family or friends children or professionally too. I have worked as a babysitter previously, early years educator and as a family contact supervisor.
I have babysat before a few years back in Milton Keynes. I was working with a very lovely single mother who would drop her kids to school and needed me to pick up her 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter from school in my own car and take them home. When we got back to the house I would get them settled, do home work with them, get food ready while they changed and had some play time. I would serve them a small meal and encourage them to eat as much as they could. We then did about 30-40 minutes of activities e.g, painting, playing with toys, garden time. Just a small time away from TV and devices. Around 6pm is when there mum would come and I would leave. This was 5 days a week from 3pm-6/7pm. My most recent job was at a private nursery in Gosport. I am a level 3 qualified and have also completed my paediatric full first aid training in March 2026. Early years educator I worked closely with kids and families. Based around child centred play, planning activities, singing and dancing, changing nappies and clothes. Making bottles of milk and preparing food for them as well as supervise while they ate.
