I am a 17-year-old currently studying childcare at college. I first became interested in working with children when my younger brother was born, and I have been babysitting him ever since. I work with children with additional needs, a job I love because it allows me to interact with a diverse range of children. This has taught me about various disabilities and effective ways to help manage behaviors. When looking after children, I enjoy conducting various activities with them to ensure they are both learning and having fun.

currently in second year at college studying level 3 childcare. Have done many placements in schools, nursery’s and preschools. Also work at a play scheme for children with additional needs so also have experience with working with young adults and children with a wide range of additional needs including autism.
