I'm Izzy from Colehill. With 4 years of experience in childcare, I believe my upbringing in a nurturing environment, where my mother was a childminder, has shaped my passion for this field. I take pride in my experience not only with the early years but also with children up to 19 years of age with varying medical conditions during my time at Julia’s House Children’s Hospice. I always look forward to creating an environment where children can thrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and equal, yet understanding when to set boundaries. Being at home with my family, I have the benefit of being highly flexible with my working hours, ready to work full-time throughout the week. I can emphasize my dynamic nature as I am comfortable working with children from newborns to those over 10 years old, and I am especially equipped to care for children with disabilities. I hold qualifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and an Infant/Toddler Educator Certificate to ensure the best care and safety for your children. I am incredibly drawn to creative play, letting kids express themselves through coloring, messy play, and outdoor activities, and adhering to cleaning up afterwards, of course! I have a great love for pets and have grown up in a home filled with a variety of them. I am quite proficient in a variety of duties ranging from children's meals preparation, homework assistance, to transporting children and even pet care, laundry, light housekeeping and run errands or grocery shopping.
