I am looking for a reliable person to come to my home in Birmingham once a week to cook healthy Indian vegetarian food in my kitchen.This is home-style cooking, not catering.
What Needs to Be Cooked:
- 2 types of dal
- 3 vegetable sabzis (for example: palak paneer, soya chunk sabzi, egg curry)
- Sweet potato and lentil-based cutlets (air-fried)
- Makhana roasted with simple spices
- 1 batch of green chutney
- Basic vegetable chopping (carrot and bell peppers)
All ingredients, containers, and equipment will be provided
After Cooking:
- Food to be stored neatly in containers provided
- All dishes and utensils to be washed
- Kitchen to be left clean and tidy, as it was before cooking
- Items and equipment to be put back in their proper places
Time Required:
- Approximately 4 to 5 hours
- Day: Friday (flexible timing)
