My name is Karl and I am 29 years old. I was born and raised in Neath, South Wales. I relocated to London in 2016 specifically for training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Since graduating, I have gained several years of experience working in various kitchens, including the esteemed Connaught Hotel. I am a trained Le Cordon Bleu chef. I worked as a pastry chef at the Connaught hotel in Mayfair from 2017-late 2019, before becoming a free lance chef alongside working as a cafe manager/chef for a top London brunch and coffee spot in soho. For the last couple of years I have worked in and around clients homes and events spaces for dinner parties and occasions. I also have an up to date DBS check.
