I have extensive knowledge of wellness and nutrition and have positively improved the health and performance of many HNWI clients. During my time as a wellness chef, and health mentor. I have built an in-depth understanding of current trends, and the ever changing environment in food, nutrition and wellbeing.

Both as a health chef and wellness mentor, my own health and wellbeing is an integral part of my personal life. I’m a masters sprint athlete, a keen cyclist and completed the Etape Du Tour in 2015. I adhere to a daily wellness routine which includes excellent nutrition, running (London Marathon 2006 /2013), weight training, meditation, yoga and mindfulness.
