I have just finished at Leiths School of Food & Wine having completed the two term diploma . I am a dietitian by background and have been working in the NHS for the last eight years before making a big career change to work full time in food and cooking. I love using all of my knowledge as a dietitian to create nutritious, delicious and beautiful meals. I am 29 years old, almost 30 and am getting married next year. I live in Islington currently but grew up in South London where my parents still live. I went to the University of Nottingham and have a masters degree in nutrition and dietetics. I have just finished my diploma at Leiths School of Food and Wine. Previous to this, I have been working as a dietitian within the NHS for the last 8 years as a senior specialist dietitian. I worked as a chef in a restaurant prior to working in the NHS and have continued to do private cheffing on the side including meal prep, dinner parties, events and canape parties. I made a pivotal career move when I started at Leiths to us all of my experience and knowledge as a dietitian but to do something I really love which is cook!
