As trained plant based chef I put passion into my food I love proving that taste does not have to be compromised due to food preferences or allergies. I have loved cooking since I can remember and when diagnosed with a gluten allergy, I decided to go vegan to improve my health and also for ethical reasons I felt unsatisfied with the quality of food available so began teaching myself to cook. Since a young age I always enjoyed spending my weekends cooking and with the encouragement from friends and family I decided to do the Plant Based Essential cooking course at Leith’s school of food and wine. I found my passion here and hope to bring my enthusiasm, creativity and positivity into a working environment. I have since then continued to work in fast paced environments. I started my career working in restaurants and then moved over to private work, Having done a season in Italy, catering for up to 80 people in a architectural firm and working privately for some of Londons most high profile families I am well equipped to adapt to any situation.
