I have been cooking since I was 12.my mum was diagnosed with MND and that meant I had to cook for myself from a young age. I started with simple and easy meals including lasagne, fish pie, casserole, pasta bakes etc. Now I make soups, bean stews, beef wellington and many more dishes all organic and all healthy. I am a vegan but I do cook with meat if needed. Been a cook for private families on and off for 5 years in private households but was mostly housekeeping and nannying and pet sitting.
