I am Sara, a seasoned chef with a rich culinary experience of over 12 years, honed meticulously at Jamie Oliver’s fifteen. Specializing in an array of cuisine, from the spicy zest of Indian and Mexican to the delicate flavours of Japanese and French, I am also well-versed in Vegan, Vegetarian, and Middle Eastern dishes, among others. Beyond cooking, I am proficient in managing kitchen staff and helpers, creating customized menus, setting tables, and even organizing food for larger events. I'm proud to have a Certified Master Chef/Certified Chef de Cuisine title, and a Food Handler’s Certification under my belt. I take pride in my knowledge of modern cooking technology and sanitation standards. I'm open to both full-time and part-time positions as a Dietary cook, Family cook, Cook for Childcare/School, Cook for Camp, Chef for events, Pastry chef, or Private/personal cook, starting from the 15th of June, 2025. Living in Wandsworth, I prefer a live-out job arrangement. My availability extends throughout the week, providing the flexibility of morning, midday, and evening shifts. As a qualified professional chef I have worked in a variety of restaurants and private household settings. From Michelin restaurants to cosy Italian restaurants. I have a wide range of knowledge in different cuisines and up to date allergy awareness and health and safety. As a mum of two I am always trying new healthy child friendly dishes.
