I am in need of reliable household help starting from this week. The position is a part-time, live-out job, focusing on house and household cleaning particularly. Your services will be required twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, during the middle of the day and evening. The main responsibilities are focused on cleaning the inside of the home. The cleaning tasks include taking care of the kitchen, such as doing the dishes, cleaning inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors. Additional duties involve laundry tasks, including washing and drying of clothing and household items. Making beds and changing linens is also considered fundamental for this role. The work will total 4/6 hours per week initially. If you are a fastidious worker and have experience in these areas, I would love to hear from you.

I am in search of a dedicated, meticulous housekeeper. This role is for 4 hours a week, ideally spread over two days. Your main tasks will revolve around maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our home . Key responsibilities will encompass cleaning duties in the kitchen - this includes the dishes, the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, counters, and floors. I also require assistance with the laundry which involves washing and drying both clothing and household items. Other responsibilities could involve help with meal preparation, grocery shopping and running some household errands, bed making and linen changing.

Hi, We are looking for a dog walker and cleaner for our busy household. Hours can be flexible. Our dog is a large friendly dog, friendly towards other dogs, all people and children. With two young children and a dog in the house it is difficult to keep clean and tidy so ideally we would love someone to come for 2hrs each day to walk Bear and tidy the house.

A Housekeeper / Mother’s Help is required for our family in Newton Mearns (G77) with two children (G7, G9) and a dog. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who has exceptionally high standards, needs little direction, can communicate well and who would like longevity in their next role. Our large property is in a semi-rural location so being a driver with own car is essential. We also have a Spanish property that we travel to during school holidays, so a willingness to travel with us would be an advantage. Hours: Monday - Friday 30-35 hours /week. Exact hours to be negotiated but flexibility is crucial. Occasional help required for sole charge / proxy parenting and dog sitting while we travel. Duties to include but not limited to: • Housekeeping, Cleaning, Laundry and some ironing • Cooking simple family meals/batch cooking (mostly dinners) • Making and changing beds • Sorting and tidying children’s playroom and bedrooms • Help organising our wardrobes, including packing where necessary • School pick ups when required. • Provisioning for the household and any ad-hoc duties • Taking in deliveries and unpacking groceries • Running local errands • Flexible for babysitting / pet sitting or house sitting on occasion. • Liaising with contractors • Occasional dog walking • Deep cleaning and organising whilst we are away Only candidates with at least 2 years’ experience of working in a formal or semi-formal private household will be considered. References essential.
