I am outgoing and friendly with excellent communication skills. I can work with ease under pressure and when dealing challenging situations. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, I love exercise classes and swimming.

I have worked across multiple care setting in various roles from Support Worker to Registered Manager. Supporting the elderly, young adults and children with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs. The seven years I have been working for the Rescue Team travelling across the UK providing turnaround support for care providers. This includes hands on support for clients, mentoring staff teams and working with providers to ensure regulations are being met.
