I am a PGCE student currently working as a student teacher in a school in Hackney, and I will qualify in the summer. Alongside my classroom experience, I offer one-to-one tutoring tailored to each child’s individual needs, learning style, and pace. I am calm, patient, and encouraging, and I place a strong focus on building confidence and helping children feel comfortable asking questions. I have a particular interest in supporting SEN students and understand the importance of clear structure, flexibility, and positive reinforcement. I enjoy using creative approaches, including art-based and hands-on activities, to make learning more accessible and engaging. Outside of teaching, I enjoy art and creativity, cooking, swimming, and outdoor activities. I live with my family and have lots of younger cousins, which has helped me develop a warm, natural approach when working with children. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where every child feels understood and supported.

I am currently completing a Primary school PGCE, where I am training to be a teacher. I have worked in 2 schools (I am currently in my second school) and have worked with both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I have lots of young cousins who I have tutored, preparing them for the SATs and general help where they may need it. I have worked with children with Special Educational Needs too. I am able to provide references if needed, and have a valid Enhanced DBS.

I am currently completing my Master's PGCE, where I am training to become a teacher, qualifying in the summer of 2026.
