I also used to babysit for my neighbor who was 8 years old. 1987 to 1988 I had contact with a lot of children during this time during my Teacher Training Placement in an infant school 2009 to 2014 During this time I attended Summer School at a Romanian Orphanage to help look after children there of all ages, I attended the Orphanage for a week at a time and went there 5 times during 2009 to 2014. A lot of them had learning difficulties and I found that I was able to engage very well with the children and to communicate with them in a variety of different ways. 2009 to present I helped my partner to bring up his granddaughter until she was 10 years old, I was regularly involved in helping to babysit. This child had stayed at my house in the past and I have been involved in her development at every stage. The main activities that I have been engaged with her over the last couple of years that I was involved with her were playing board games and role playing games as she requested, also reading and helping with maths and english homework.
