We are a family of two working parents and two young children, living close to Bromley North Station. We are searching for a housekeeper to come for three hours a day, five days a week. Tasks would include: •⁠ ⁠Cleaning/tidying the house •⁠ Loading/emptying the dishwasher •⁠ ⁠Doing the laundry and ironing •⁠ ⁠Occasional grocery shopping and food preparation •⁠ ⁠Occasional deep cleaning •⁠ ⁠Watering the plants •⁠ ⁠Letting in tradesmen and supervising them •⁠ ⁠Other ad hoc household tasks No childcare is required, and we do not have any pets.

We're looking for some help around the house, mainly with cleaning, washing/ironing/putting clothes away, general house support, tidying, meal prep, and walking our 2 little dogs. This would be Tue-Thu for 2.5-3 hours a day (total 7.5-9 hours a week) with a flexible start time of between 9:30am - 1pm. We are a very busy family of 3, running 3 businesses, school runs etc We also have to divide our time from work, school runs, clubs with caring for a parent with early dementia / Parkinson’s. Life is very stressful for us and coming home to a clean home is one less thing to worry about. It’s so important for us to have a good relationship with anyone working within our home. So any communication is clear and open. My husband and I both work from home in a separate building to the house, so we are always around for any questions that need asking. But also like for someone to be able to get on with their jobs. Jobs we need doing is keeping the house clean to a high standard, we always make sure the house is tidy before our cleaners come in. We believe the job is easier when you can get on with the cleaning rather than spending time putting our things away. The cleaning / bed changes are our top priority over anything. Other tasks would include, sorting recycling (we have bins within the house that would need emptying into the lager bins outside) Putting a food shop delivery away once’s it’s delivered Keeping the fridge clean and tidy (any old foods thrown out) Meal prep if required

I’m looking for someone to help us unpack after a house move - we have two young kids and are struggling to get the unpacking done and I’d like someone to effectively be my body for me as I usually end up holding the baby which isn’t conducive to unpacking! We’ve been washing the kitchen stuff before putting it away, so it would be a case of unpacking boxes, washing up, loading and unloading the dishwasher and putting stuff away. Obviously everything would have to be looked over by me to decide whether to keep it (we’re trying to declutter at the same time) so you’d have to be comfortable with working closely with me to do as I ask with stuff basically without being offended by that - there’s a lot to do and a lot of it would be personal decisions about where to put things etc. There’s also other areas of the house to put away still like clothes and toys etc too so it wouldn’t be just kitchen stuff. A general handy nature would be useful as I’m sure we’ll find a hundred other small jobs along the way that need doing, although not specifically required, but if you’re comfortable helping me put stick on hooks etc up it would be an added bonus! This wouldn’t be a permanent position obviously, although if we work well together I’m sure we’d call on you in the future when other things come up if you’re comfortable with that. The days depend on your availability - I can’t do Tuesdays but otherwise flexible.
